What makes a healthy lifestyle?

A healthy lifestyle is made up of being active, and of course, eating your veggies. It is recommended to spend at least 30-60 minutes doing physical activity such as sports, gym, trampolining etc. also people should replace unhealthy snacks like pizza, cupcakes etc, with fruit alternatives. You can replace juice that is high in sugar, with a fruit that is nice and juicy, such as an Orange.

What are the benefits of a healthy diet and an active lifestyle?
 
The benefits of a healthy diet and active lifestyle are you don't have much of a chance to get chronic conditions like diabetes, cancer, arthritis, etc. also you will be very fit and decrease the chances of getting obesity.

What are your favorite healthy foods, and why?

my favorite healthy foods are fruits, specific veggies, and curry, because they all just taste nice. Fruits are sweet and fresh while veggies are nice in curry and soup, and sometimes good plain. did you know that some curry's are very high in protein.

What is your favorite form of exercise, and why?

my favorite form of exercise is trampolining, I may not be the best at it, but it's so fun. I go to trampoline club every tuesday to learn new tricks. There are 7 difficulties, they are red, blue, green, yellow, purple, white and black. I'm on yellow and am almost able to do a back somersault.
